Eddie has been involved in business and maintenance operations for most of his life. He started working in his family's automotive business when he was just 16 years old and by age 21, he was running an automotive repair business of his own. Using the business lessons learned from his father, Eddie has honed his business skills and expertise over the past 25 years where he has held key positions in multiple industries to include automotive, aviation, and industrial maintenance. He has performed and managed maintenance operations on multiple levels from an automotive business spanning multiple states, to military aviation maintenance where he managed powerplant maintenance for 30 aircraft, as well as industrial level maintenance operations for storage and automation machines. Eddie has worked at the dealership level with brands such as Porsche, Audi, Acura, Nissan, and Ford. He started his consulting business in 2015 after seeing the need for businesses to improve their overall customer engagement and experience strategies.
Eddie saw the need for an effective and efficient customer engagement program to help businesses better connect with customers and to truly understand their needs. He launched his consulting business in 2015 to help business owners establish the most effective customer engagement and experience strategy for their business.
